May 21, 2008 BOSTON, MA - In his on-going effort to infringe upon my right to free speech and to interfer in the making of the independent documentary, The Search for Count Dante, plantiff William V. Aguiar, III has been santioned by the court for failure to meet ordered deadlines. My counsel conferred with Plaintiff Aguiar’s counsel about what would constitute a reasonable amount. After initially trying to sue me for over $400,000 when he engaged the case Pro Se, Aguiar’s counsel declined the opportunity to propose an alternative amount and appears to take the position that any award of fees would be unjust due to Mr. Aguiar’s financial situation.
